Missing my XBOX…sigh…..come home soon.
About the Author

I’m fairly new to gaming and other than the Xbox360 the last system I owned was the NES…oh yea its been that long. I have known Sgt Cougar for years and finally got on board with gaming. With his help and some guidance from Ro I got into Modern Warfare before I owned the Xbox. Now that I have my own 360 I enjoy kicking back and playing MW2. I don’t put up the most points on the board but enjoy just being part of the team and having a good time.
I couldn’t stand it, Dan; I had to go out a purchase an Arcade 360 to cope with unbearable withdrawal…but, it’s like insurance, it will be there if need it. Otherwise, it sits on the shelf, in the box….
If mine died, I’d borrow the one I use for programs at my job.
Gen, if you want a tax write-off, you can donate that 360 to my library.
Mmmmmmm, Mandalore; let me think…aaaaa, no.
here is a log i kept will mine was down. i know it is from another site but still pretty good reading….

what’s the ETA on the return?
Mandalore what do you do that you use an Xbox at work for programs?
Gee Vern;
I can’t read your chronicle of the days without your 360; Why?
But, I remember how funny and clever it was, back-in-the-day.
Cougar, I’m a children’s librarian. I got some gaming programs started, and I convinced the boss to buy our own equipment. If anyone has suggestions for fun multiplayer (4 player) games that 5-12 year-olds would like, let me know.
Nice dude! I will keep my eyes and ears open for fun multiplayer (4 player) games that 5-12 year-olds would like, and advise.
right now all they play for the 360 is Castle crashers and the 1989 TMNT arcade game. I tried Ultimate Alliance once, but the map is confusing and they can’t control the camera very well.
Gears & Gears 2; Just ask SprStgVanilla…
@ Mandalore
That’s Cougar’s whole gaming library, multiplayer for 5-12 year olds! LMAO!!!
@Gen
How about we keep it to a Teen rating at the highest?
@ Mandalore:
Remove the gore….which Gears does allow.
Yeah, but I can’t decide what is appropriate for individual families. I think you understand my situation.
Plus, I’d like 4-player games. Gears just does 2-player split-screen.
I would once again recommend Age of Booty, if it is still available on Marketplace. There’s some pretty simple strategy involved and inspite of the title, it is family friendly.
I’ll have to give it another spin. I remember thinking that it was enjoyable. Having really shallow games is also desirable. Since kids regularly have to play and pass, I don’t want them to be too invested in things. Otherwise, it’s hard for them to give other kids a turn.
I didn’t realize this when I started, but finding good games for this type of environment is really hard.
